The Indian Business Leader 2009 Award will be given to the organisational head of an Indian company who has demonstrated exemplary leadership in their industry. Commitment to staff, customers, shareholders and the community are some of the parameters which will be considered. This award is for the leader who has created an impact in the Indian industry and its perception globally.
International Business Leader 2009
The International Business Leader 2009 Award recognises the organisational head who has created an impact globally through inspirational leadership. Qualities such as innovation, community service, and the ability to effectively capitalise on global trends in ways that have helped develop the business, will be reviewed.
Indian Company of the Year 2009
The Indian Company of the Year 2009 Award will be presented to an Indian head-quartered MNE that has sustained robust growth during the past year; spearheaded sectoral innovation in India; enhanced quality, service levels and the overall customer experience within the Indian market; and has successfully competed with international MNEs either or both in Indian and international markets.
International Company of the Year 2009
The International Company of the Year 2009 Award will be presented to an internationally head-quartered MNE that has sustained robust growth during the past year; spearheaded innovation in its sector globally; and elevated quality, service levels and the overall customer experience in its global markets, including India.
Young Business Leader 2009
The Young Business Leader 2009 Award will be presented to an individual under forty years of age by the close of The IIBAAs nominations process, who has demonstrated significant achievement in the creation, management and growth of a new or existing business enterprise. The recipient of this award will be a person who has made his or her own mark, without an inherited legacy, and built the foundations of a flourishing business organisation.
Leader in Corporate Social Responsibility 2009
The Leader in Corporate Social Responsibility 2009 Award will be presented to the business organisation - Indian or International - that has acted as an exemplary role model in India, by contributing meaningfully to social and civic welfare. This organization will have proved itself to be a leader in CSR by virtue of its investment, innovation and unfailing commitment to its social and civic projects.
