Group Discounts are applicable on the standard individual price.

 

Payment Options and Instructions

1. Bank Draft in favour of "Taylor & Francis Books India Pvt. Ltd. (Informa)". Please post the draft to Informa India, A 202, Business Square, Solitaire Corporate Park Complex, Andheri Kurla Road, Chakala, Andheri (E), Mumbai – 400 093, India. Payments should be exclusive of bank charges.
   
   
2. Bank Transfer in favour of “Taylor & Francis Books India Pvt. Ltd. (Informa )", HSBC, M.G. Road, Fort, Mumbai - 400 001, India. A/C No. 030-346761-001. Swiftcode: HSBCINBB IFSC: HSBC01INDIA. All payments should be exclusive of bank charges.
   
   
3. Credit Card Payment - Informa India's Finance Representative will get in touch with you for processing credit card payments.
   

Payment Policy

A confirmation email or fax and e-invoice will be sent to you on receipt of your registration form. 50% of payment will be applicable at the time of the booking and the remaining 50% within 21 days from the date of the invoice or the deadline for any offers or discounts,
whichever comes first. 100% payment for bookings made on or after 1st November 2008.

Cancellation & Substitution Policy:

Delegate fees are not refundable under any circumstances. However in the case of emergencies and other unforeseen circumstances that may prevent a registered delegate from attending an event, Informa India would be happy to substitute the delegate with another nominated representative, provided Informa India’s Client Services team is informed of this substitution at least 1 week before the event takes place. Should a delegate cancel, not be able to attend or not find a substitute delegate, Informa India will provide a 100% credit to the delegate provided Informa India’s Client Services team is informed of the inability to attend at least 1 week prior to the event taking place. No administration fees or penalties will be charged for a substitution or credit note.

Terms & Conditions:

• Entry to the event will not be permitted without prior payment of the full registration fee. • Discount offers cannot be combined with any other offer. • If for any reason beyond its control - including but not limited to force majeur - the event has to be cancelled or postponed, the delegate will receive a 100% credit of their delegate fee. • All intellectual property and relevant copyrights relating to the event remain with Informa. • Video and sound recordings are not permitted at the event unless with explicit written permission from Informa. • Informa India reserves the right to alter the venues & dates, if required. • Taxes as applicable will be charged in addition to the event fee • All payments should be exclusive of bank charges • Credit Card payments will be charged a flat processing fee of INR 1800 per delegate • Additional terms and conditions apply, as detailed on the event website.
